Harris® Welding Handle Mixers

Harris Calorific has a distinct advantage over Victor when it comes to gas welding and brazing.  Harris welding mixers can be bought for any of their torch handles and used with many different welding or heating tips.  With the Harris system, the mixer will last through many welding tips because they thread right into the mixer.  Victor, on the other hand, solders their welding tips into the mixer making them impossible to get off without destroying.  Therefore you must buy a new mixer each time you need a new welding or heating tip.  If you do a lot of gas welding and brazing, the saving can be very significant over the life of your torch.
