The Victor style 2V-SP cutting tip is a general purpose, one piece tip with a medium preheat. It designed for use with oxygen and Mapp or Propylene gas. It fits large Victor style torches that take series 1 cutting tips. Size 60 is the bore size that is equal to size 0 in normal tip sizing. The size 0 will cut up to 1/2 inch thick steel.
