Superior Acetylene Regulator Inlet Stem Fine Thread CGA 300.  The fine thread is for older model regulators that don't have the now standard 1/4" NPT thread.  The inlet stem is for CGA 300 female fitting.  The stem is 2 1/4 in overall length.
